2. Scope and purpose

domily.ai is an editorial site. There are no user accounts, no personal-data forms other than the contact form, and no transactions. We process personal data only to the extent needed to run the site and to respond to messages you send us.

3. Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit, Vercel processes technical information (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) briefly in server logs to keep the site running securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable operation). Transfers to the US are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Vercel Analytics (cookieless)

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. Vercel Analytics does not set cookies, does not write to LocalStorage, and does not place any persistent identifier on your device. Your IP address and user-agent are hashed with a daily-rotating salt into a non-personal identifier that groups repeat visits within the same day and cannot be reversed afterward. The raw IP is not stored.

What we see: aggregate pageviews, referrer, country, device type, browser. No cross-site tracking, no profile of you.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Because nothing is stored or read on your device, § 25 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG) does not apply and no consent is required. You may object at any time under Art. 21 GDPR by emailing aleksandar@domily.ai. Vercel Inc. acts as our processor under a signed DPA; US transfers are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Contact form

When you use the contact form we process the data you enter (name, email, message) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Delivery runs through Resend (Resend Inc., USA) as our processor; US transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies and device storage

The site sets no tracking cookies. A simple locale cookie is set for language detection; it is strictly necessary.
